Fidel Castro: Submariner,GMT or both?

The first question is: How can a communist leader afford not only 1 but at least 3 different models of Rolex watches??

In this picture we can see Fidel Castro wearing a Rolex President Day-Date.

We also saw him wearing this President Day-Date and a Rolex Submariner at the same time.

When he took control of Cuba in 1959 he was wearing a Rolex Submariner:
